Pelican Autonomy Inc. is the owner of the information collected on this site. The customer relationship system in which that information is held is operated on our behalf by Lemay.ai Inc. We only collect information you voluntarily give us through this website, by email, or by other direct contact. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use your information to respond to you about the reason you contacted us. We will not share it with any third party outside our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you by email in future about our services, or about changes to this privacy policy.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use this website we also record a small amount of information that you do not type into a form, so that we can understand how people find us and protect the site from abuse:

  • Marketing attribution. If you arrive through a campaign link, advertisement, or another website, the campaign parameters in that link, the referring website, and the first page you landed on are stored in your own browser and sent to us only if you later submit a form. If you never submit a form, they are never sent.
  • The page you submitted from, and the wording and date of the consent notice shown on the form at the time, so we have a record of what you agreed to.
  • Your IP address, used transiently to limit automated abuse of our forms. It is not stored against your enquiry.

Form submissions are delivered to a customer relationship system that Lemay.ai Inc. hosts and operates itself. Your enquiry is not passed to a third-party marketing platform.

A copy of the acknowledgement email we send you is also delivered to an internal oversight mailbox, so that enquiries are not lost or left unanswered.
